Three offers, each with its full list, then the options with one price each. On the web page, you pick and tick, and the total updates.
How you pay
Three payments. After the deposit, you only pay for work you've already seen.
Choose an offer above and each payment appears in dollars.

To start
You reply with your choice and I send the first invoice.
The deposit received counts as agreement.
Then I send you a short list of questions (destinations, products, languages) to settle the details, within the price you chose.

When you've approved every page
Before this payment, you see every type of page working on the preview address, on your computer and on your phone: homepage, destination, experience, journey, and the Design My Journey form from the first click to the confirmation.
You can open the preview address any time, and we do a quick check-in every week.
You can ask for changes, up to 3 rounds. I send this invoice only once you've written to me that it's approved.

At launch
You pay the last part when the site is live on travelquestafrica.com. Once it arrives, I transfer the code to you.
With the online shop, $540 of this payment waits until the shop opens.

- Fixed price
- What you choose on this page is what I invoice.
- The site belongs to you
- Your domain stays yours. The new hosting is opened in your name on Cloudflare, where your domain already is, with no monthly bill.
- Feedback rounds
- Up to 3 rounds of changes before you approve the pages, then one last check before launch. A round is one list of changes, sent in one message.
- Content
- I write the first drafts from what you send me: photos, facts, prices. You check them within 48 hours.
The site itself, with every offer
- Fast
- Every page passes Google's speed test on a phone. You can run the test yourself.
- Secure
- No plugins to keep updated, and no database behind the pages your visitors see.
- Found on Google
- A title and a description for every page, clear headings, and a sitemap sent to Google.
- Made for phones first
- Designed on a phone screen first, then on a tablet and a computer.
After launch
After the last payment you owe me nothing unless you choose Care or add to the site.
Support, included
3 months, with every offer
For the online shop, the 3 months start when the shop opens.
- Bugs
- I fix them, with no limit. A bug is anything that doesn't work as delivered. After the support period, I still fix bugs in what I delivered, free, until 6 months after launch.
- Small changes
- Up to 3 a month, for example a text, a photo or a label. With the editor you make them yourself, and I answer your questions about it.
- Reply time
- Within 48 hours, on working days.
Not covered: new sections or features, a redesign, new content to write, and problems caused by changes made outside the editor.

Nothing to decide now
Start when support ends or any time after, stop when you want. With the editor you probably don't need Care; without it, Care covers changes, or I quote each one first.

Running costs
No hosting bill
A few outside services can cost something, depending on how much you use them and on the offer you choose.
Free: hosting on Cloudflare with no limit on visits, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile.

One question before any online payment
Only if you choose Complete, the online shop or the trip deposit.
Paying online means Stripe, and Stripe isn't available in Rwanda. It works with a company registered in the US. Without one, online payment isn't possible: no online shop and no trip deposit paid online.
Where is the company registered, and which bank account would receive payments?
